This is formulated to organize, prepare, plan, response and review occurrence of critical situations during emergency time at workplace. 此课程制定如何组织、准备、计划、应对和审查在工作场所发生紧急事故情况。 OBJECTIVES   课程目的 •  Define What is an Emergency    什么是紧急情况 •  Explain Why Need to Prepare for an Emergency    解释为何需要为紧急情况作好准备 •  Determine the Stages of an Emergency    确定紧急情况各种阶段 •  Determine the Elements of  Emergency Programme for Preparedness, response and  recovery    确定紧急情况的准备、应对和复原的要素。 PROGRAM OUTLINE 课程大纲 This programme first of all touches on the recognition of an emergency before going on to managing emergency and planning emergency.  The issue of emergency mitigation and resources, the procedures, incident control and facilities and finally the critical elements of providing training and drill are being addressed in later part of the Programme. 此课程首先涉及必须分辨紧急情况，才能进行管理和规划紧急情况。最后以紧急抒缓和资源课题、程序、事发过程控制和设施，以及提供训练和演习的重要元素作为课程的结尾。 WHO SHOULD ATTEND 谁该参与？ Basically all people at a workplace will find it of great benefit from attending such programme. 基本上所有职场的人员参与了之后将会从中获益不浅。
