This programme casts a picture on the mechanical safety in relation to hand safety.  In actual fact, hand safety always goes in tandem with mechanical safety while a workman is at a workplace. 此培训课程会说明机械操作安全和手部安全的关系。事实上，手部安全常常与机械操作安全是息息相关的。 OBJECTIVES   课程目的 •  Understand the duty and responsibilities of an employer and employee under OSHA’94 Section 15 and 24 respectively    了解在职业安全、卫生与环境法令第15条文下雇员和雇主的职责。 •  Understand the Factories and Machinery (Fencing of Machinery and Safety) Regulations 1970 where all machinery constructed with its operational methods set to comply with the      requirements before use.    了解1970年工厂与机械安全条规，所有机械组成在使用前都必须设置到符合要求的安全标准。 •  Be aware that hands are the only irreplaceable tools and that any injury done to it may not be recoverable    让参与者了解手是唯一无可取代的工具，任何对手造成的伤害将可能无法完全复原。 •  Learn the safe ways of working with mechanical parts of machine and also the tools    学习安全使用机械组件和工具 PROGRAM OUTLINE 课程大纲 This programme initially addresses on the relevant Acts that require all machines to be designed and so constructed in a way that is safe for use by the workers. It expands to cover the mechanical safety before moving on to hand safety.  It further describes hand safety can not be achieved without the support of mechanical safety. 此培训课程先着重于相关法律对机器的设计以符合安全的要求，进一步分析机械安全后进入以手操作的安全。最后才深入描述手部的安全如缺机械安全的配合是无法达到的。 WHO SHOULD ATTEND 谁该参与？ All employees at a workplace will benefit from this training. 所有雇员都会从中受惠。
