This programme is set to provide a basic knowledge on good manufacturing practices in a food manufacturing premises.  Acquiring such a basic knowledge is critical prior to implementing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) at a workplace of food manufacturing environment.

PROGRAM OUTLINE 课程大纲
This programme initially addresses on the meanings of good manufacturing practices before moving on to explaining the importance of good manufacturing practices.  It finally emphasizes on the importance of GMPs if an organization intends to introduce the implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point.
在解释良好作业规范的重要性前,课程首先会说明何谓良好作业规范的做法。如果公司打算实施危害分析与重点控制的系统,此课程将是打好实行该系统的基础。
